TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT METHOD
PAYPAL, any currency. 50% down payment when the commission is accepted, then remaining 50% after completion. OR full payment UPFRONT. No refunds after the full payment. I have the right to refuse a commission before payment as well.

COPYRIGHTPERSONAL USE:
I (the artist) have full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client cannot claim it as their own or use it for anything besides personal use.COMMERCIAL USE:
Commercial rights to the artwork will be 300% of the original price. You are allowed to make any type of merchandise with the artwork (books, covers, props, promotion, etc.) Credit is REQUIRED for the use of the artwork (a link or my username of my Instagram and Twitter profiles)

My Email - [email protected]My timezone is UTC+8 / GMT+8, I have a flexible schedule but I am offline from 10PM at night to 12PM in the afternoon.I require reference photos for the commission, no maximum amount. These images can have written descriptions if the client would like to add them. Once the payment is made, updates or WIPs (work in progress) will be sent throughout a week (this may depend on the client’s deadline and adjustments, if any) These WIPs will always have a watermark and will be in low resolution.

WORKFLOW
Changes in the design must be made during the sketching stage. Additional changes made during the coloring or rendering stage will cost extra. Before the sketch stage, the complexity of the background (or lack thereof) must be specified. Any adjustments to the background will follow the same rules as those made to the figure or figures.

WHAT I CAN AND CAN’T DRAW
I can work with anything 2D and digitally illustrated, EXCEPT for graphic design commissions (logos and text) and mechanics/robotics. Artwork that contains NSFW cannot contain minors, depict non-consensual acts, or any power imbalance between the parties.

CONDITIONS FOR REPOSTING
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they like, as long as proper credit is given (same rules as Commercial Use). My watermark must remain intact and readable.
I (the artist) have the right to share the artwork unless told otherwise.
